Tryp Lisbon Airport Hotel
Lisbon, Portugal
Inspired by the theme of aeronautics, the modern Tryp Lisbon Airport Hotel, integrated several Vicaima solutionswhich improved the comfort and safety of the spaces. The fact that it is located close to the airport, led to a greater concern with the acoustic isolation, reason why the Portaro® FD30 41dB (sound isolation up to 41dB and 30 minute fire resistance) was selected for the entrance of the rooms. Besides this, other solutions were applied in the common areas, such as the Portaro® Sliding (interior door sliding system), technical shafts FD30 and skirtings. The finish chosen was Dekordor HD.

Vicaima was the door brand elected to provide expression to The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel. This five-star hotel is the result of the conversion of an old port wine cellar. Located in the historical heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, alongside the Port wine cellars, The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel, bears the signature of the Atelier Nini Andrade Silva, and is marked in its genesis, by the fusion between modern design and the stamp of tradition.

The Portaro®, integrated solution for ready to fit door and frame, was the system chosen due to its easy installation, performance and high quality finishes, features which gave it the intended refined environment for one of the greatest developments in the Middle East.

Vicaima’s commitment to the aesthetics and quality of all solutions provided to the market has once again guaranteed the company the selection for an interesting residential project. Its extensive offer of interior doors, technical doors, frames, wardrobes, panels and furniture items was elected to equip the Studyou University Residence, in the area of Asprela, in the city of Porto.

Vicaima has been chosen to equip the French luxury hotel brand Sofitel (part of the Accor Hotels Group), for their latest venture Sofitel Dubai Downtown, in the United Arab Emirates. Vicaima’s expertise was sought with a selection of specially made product solutions including doors, frames and wall panelling, which were fitted throughout the hotel complex.
